About Kate Blake

With over 30 years of experience in Corporate Sales and Customer Service, I excel at selling diverse products and services while nurturing strong customer relationships. My expertise extends beyond, as I hold qualifications in Construction Management, transitioning into the Fire Safety industry in 2016. I am currently Head of New Build Specification, for Envirovent, leading national business development and strategy across the UK. We specialise in ventilation solutions designed to combat damp and mould in people’s homes, working closely with housebuilders, developers, contractors, and M&E consultants to deliver healthier living environments through sustainable innovation in the new build sector. I am not just a professional but also an Accredited Master Coach and proud business owner. As the Co-Founder of Women in Fire Safety, we champion diversity within the industry and celebrate the exceptional contributions of its professionals. Our annual awards ceremony continues to grow, with over 450 attendees in our fourth year, and we eagerly anticipate the 2025 awards on September 18th. My career has taken me from manufacturing domestic alarms to delivering solutions for customers in the UK and globally, spanning social housing, new builds, commercial sectors, and OEM partnerships. I’ve also had the privilege of engaging in wholesale and contracting roles, initially starting as a Quantity Surveyor in 2008. Beyond my industry roles, I’m a Mum of 3 wonderful grown children, I’ve been a passionate coach since 2018, guiding clients towards confidence, mindset, and unleashing their full potential.
