Background

About Kate Boreham

With over 7 years of Executive Assistant experience in both the legal and sports sectors, I’ve had the privilege of supporting senior leadership teams through a variety of complex and fast-paced challenges. I started my career in law, progressing from Administrative Assistant to Legal Secretary in top firms, before relocating from Christchurch, New Zealand to London. Here, I transitioned into the sports world, where I now work as an EA and Office Manager at Middlesex Cricket. Throughout my career, I’ve built a solid foundation in managing executive-level tasks like complex scheduling, travel arrangements, and confidential communications. My time in law taught me precision, attention to detail, and how to handle high-stakes, confidential matters. Moving into the sports sector has expanded my skills into areas like staff engagement and event management, all while continuing to provide high-level executive support. I’m passionate about creating positive, efficient work environments where teams can thrive. Whether it’s supporting C-suite executives, managing office operations, or fostering team collaboration, I focus on making sure things run smoothly and that people feel supported. If you’re looking to connect or discuss opportunities, feel free to reach out, I’d love to explore how we can work together!
