About Kate Bowman

I am the co-owner of Fox Group a property maintenance company who specialise in the block management sector. As a former property manager myself my business partner and I created Fox Group to help alleviate the headaches of property managers. Born from managing agent's need for industry proficiency & expertise, Fox Group provides tailored residential block maintenance services.We know that it is not just about what needs to be done, but the nuances of why, when and how that are important. I bring to the table a tenacious, strategic thinking mind and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment and think outside the box. A little about me. I qualified with a first class law degree in two years and started my career working in lettings and conveyancing. Shortly after this I became a property manager for a local block management company. Prior to setting up my own company I sidestepped into a totally new challenge working in the Operations department for Huel, a start up, where I specialised in the procurement of their materials. I thoroughly enjoyed travelling internationally, building strategic relationships with key suppliers and being involved in the development of multiple products. I now bring the combination of my experience in property with the operations knowledge I gained at Huel to my team at FOX.
