I am a hardworking and dedicated administrative professional with over 3 years of experience in, and knowledge of, providing multi-dimensional business and personal support to the CEO and Director of the Charitable Foundation at Shalom Village. Thriving in my past clinical/care coordinator role at Nucleus Independent Living and at CAMA Woodlands creating care plans for consumers, hands on quality assurance specialist with exceptional attention to detail. Now delving into my newest role as Process Improvement Manager/Quality Specialist at CBI Home Health overseeing and implementing process improvement strategies in therapies and Nursing disciplines for HNHB regions. The ability to multitask in an environment with competing priorities is something I thrive on. I have demonstrated excellent customer service skills, empathy and understanding of seniors' needs, and strive to maintain effective interpersonal and team building relationships.
