As a Product Marketing Manager at Meta, I have a passion for empowering small businesses and uplifting product users and stakeholders. I have over seven years of experience in project management, process improvement, and cross-functional team leadership, spanning multiple industries and domains. I have a deep understanding of CRM and sales enablement tooling and strategy, as well as marketing enablement and financial software, including data integration principles, which I apply to enhance the customer journey and optimize product value and collaborate with technical partners. I develop and implement successful go-to-market (GTM) strategies and conduct extensive user testing and feedback sessions to inform product enhancements and ensure product fit. I am analytical and results-driven, focusing on key metrics to track product success and feasibility. I also drive innovation by combining unique solutions to create win-win efficiencies and strategic initiatives stemming from stakeholder collaboration. I am a recent MBA graduate from the Paul Merage School of Business at UCI, where I confirmed my analytical skills through a STEM concentration and honed my strategic thinking skills through courses on digital transformation and strategy.
