I’m Kate - A Toronto-based strategic project management professional with 15+ years of diverse experience driving change within the health, pharmaceutical and medical aesthetics industries. I am a results-driven, innovative and strategic thinker with a growth mindset, entrepreneurial spirit and collaborative attitude. Currently, I am the Chief of Staff, PMO for the leading medical aesthetics company focused on supporting the GM and leadership team execute the strategic roadmap across the Canadian organization. From strategic commercial and education projects to organizational transformation and change management projects, I partner with teams across the company to turn opportunities into reality through focused execution aligned to our strategic priorities. Previous to this role, I was the commercial marketing lead for a portfolio of leading brands including Botox Cosmetic, Juvederm, Skinvive and SkinMedica. I worked with a team to support the marketing and overall brand strategy and management of these brands across Canada. In my career to date, I have had the privilege bringing pharmaceutical and medical device products to market including the international launch of Mavyret and most recently, leading the launch of Skinvive in Canada. I bring extensive strategic project experience including global pharmaceutical experience where I successfully delivered various strategic marketing, external affairs and multi-stakeholder initiatives across international markets.
