With more than 10 years of experience in product management, data analysis, and business systems, I am passionate about delivering innovative and impactful solutions that improve the lives of patients and healthcare providers. As a Senior Product Manager at Bristol Myers Squibb, I am part of a team who work on a Salesforce-based GXP system for scheduling and tracking autologous cancer treatment. I have completed a certification in SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, and I leverage agile principles and practices to align the product vision, strategy, and roadmap with the business goals and customer needs.In my current role, I am responsible for gathering and presenting data analysis to senior leadership in prioritization discussions, building business cases for stakeholders to support enhancement funding requests and budget allocation exercises, and refining user stories and value statements as a subject matter expert. I also provide technical solutions and efficiencies to scale the treatment from the clinical trial phase through commercialization, from 300 to patients annually. This includes implementing integrations with external systems, enhancing user experience and data quality, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
