About Kate Carlbom

Having such a diverse professional life has made me a Jack-of-all-trades, but a Master of some!With my vast background, I find my skills to be pushed to the limit with every new experience and I'm not afraid of a challenge. I found that to be most true in my current position with Ameco Solar. Hired as an entry-level project coordinator, my comfort zone was non-existent. My managers took me under their wing and with their training I achieved a promotion within 5 months of my hire date. I by no means have learned everything there is within the solar industry, which is always my goal to find my limits and push them. I don’t know what the future holds for me, but with my experience I know with full confidence, I will overcome and achieve anything I put my mind into. I love learning new skills, and find myself to be a fast adapter. I hate to add that communication is a strong suit of mine, but it is! I possess the powers of communicating, asking the right questions, and learning from mistakes made by others as well as myself.Team building is important to me as well. Working well with a team and showing respect are qualities I hold above all else.
