Over many years in recruitment, I’ve discovered that the real joy lies in listening to and connecting with people. As a recruitment leader, I bring a strategic, people-first approach to talent acquisition and broader business initiatives. I’ve led technical and executive recruitment across a range of disciplines — building high-performing teams that support complex infrastructure and transformation projects across Western Australia and beyond. My role extends beyond recruitment. I lead a dedicated team, contribute to business and people projects, drive operational and process improvements, and provide leadership coaching and wellbeing support during times of change. I’m passionate about aligning talent strategies with business goals and advocating our business' EVP. Driven to influence I&D and Wellbeing initiatives, to ensure a psychosocially safe and resilient workplace, where people can bring their authentic selves to work.
