About Kate Chuilli

A multi-faceted professional with backgrounds in security management, basic life support/first aid/CPR instruction, Martial Arts and personal protection, and sports performance (strength and conditioning). I am an extremely passionate teacher in many disciplines; I believe the best way to manage and/or lead is to lead by example, and set a high bar in doing so. I take great pride in helping students and subordinates alike to develop not only the necessary skills to succeed in their paths/tasks, but also in life. I have been a CPR, AED, First Aid Instructor for the American Heart Association at the Heartsaver and Basic Life Support levels for three years. I am certified as a "Master"​ in the Art of Tang Soo Do and have also had extensive studies in the Art of Chinese (Shaolin) Kempo. I also enjoy community outreach in the form of Women's Self Defense and sought out certification by SabreRed to teach civilians about mace and pepper spray in regards to history, chemical make-up, legality, use and deployment.
