About Kate Condick

With over 12 years’ experience in the recruitment industry I am extremely passionate about bringing to life Maya Angelou’s quote ‘Its not what you say or do, its how you made them feel’ through our people, our technology and our processes. Initially starting in the recruitment industry in 2004, I predominantly focused on recruiting contracting roles in the accounting and finance sector and building relationships with both candidates and clients. After taking some time off to have two boys, I joined the INSIDE team in 2018. Initially I was involved in building their Candidate Experience framework and have subsequently focused on all things people experience related which has included continuous process improvement and researching and introducing new technology to support our overall purpose. For me INSIDE embodies, mō ngā tāngata, mō te hono, mō ngā kawa te take. It's about people, it's about the connection, it's about our purpose, and this is what drives me every day in my role. Outside of work, there is never a dull moment with our two boys. We love spending time together including bike riding, skiing and camping and, when possible, I enjoy rejuvenating myself through hot yoga and swims at the Wellington pools.
