About Kate Conrick

I am a human-centred Service Designer and Agile practitioner with a focus on aligning user, business, and technology needs to deliver effective, pragmatic outcomes-I work with teams and organisations to transform their ways of working. As an innate motivator with a strong interest in capability building, I champion collaboration, growth and learning, backed with my deep expertise across the product and service design spectrum. An all-rounder with a background in software and website development, I have a native understanding of the challenges of integrating a human-centric approach to the design and delivery of contemporary services in Australian Government. I bring a balanced and practical approach to aligning user, business and technology needs to deliver effective, impactful outcomes. I am particularly interested in maturing organisational capabilities in user experience metrics and measurement, moving toward a state where service performance measurement is enabled throughout government. I believe in empowering organisations with the data they need to make smart decisions, and design services that work.
