About Kate Coomber

I am proud to have been the first employee at Cornerstone Medical Recruitment in 2012, and feel so fortunate to have had many career opportunities during this time. I started our Nursing Recruitment Division and after developing this and several teams within the business I am currently the Head of Talent and Employer Branding with a focus on attracting top talent and building a workplace where people thrive. I believe great recruitment is about more than filling roles - it is about creating lasting connections and opportunities that truly make a difference. I also co-host "It Takes Heart", cmr's podcast and passion project along with our CEO, Sam Miklos. Through these heart felt conversations with healthcare professionals, we amplify their stories, celebrate their contributions and shine a light on the realities of working in this vital industry.
