I'm Kate Culy, an accredited Counsellor and Coach at Counselling Your Way in Eltham, Victoria. I work with adults, parents and teens, helping them to gain clarity, build confidence and move forward when life is rocky and hazy. I've been in tricky spaces, and counselling has been essential to my healing. This allows me to be humble and compassionate when people are going through painful times. I live and work on Wurundjeri land and acknowledge traditional landowners, healers and elders.
