Created house-wide staff education programs about resuscitative science including early recognition and treatment of clinical deterioration- Reconstructed RN training program designed to introduce nurses to the critical care environment and educate them throughout their orientation- Co-Created ED/ICU Critical Care Liaison Role for ICU experienced nurses to work alongside bedside staff in the ED with ICU and high acuity trauma to teach critical care concepts in real time and improve patient outcomes, including formal didactic teaching methods- Stanford Healthcare transition team planning for new hospital launch, created new standard workflows, staff education initiatives and assistance with new facility licensure- Developed staff onboarding competencies and worked with service line experts to create competencies for Stanford’s Cath-Angio lab, to include registered nurses, radiation technologists, cardiovascular technologists, scrub techs & hospital assistants - Transitioned Cath-Angio department onto a computerized employee education record keeping system- Improved Stanford Hospital stroke metrics for neuroradiology service by interdisciplinary committee development, staff education, and interdepartmental workflow creation - Regulatory survey experience to include: CMS, TJC, Comprehensive Cardiac Center, Comprehensive Stroke Center
