I am a family solicitor and have specialised exclusively in family law since 1995. I can advise on all areas of family breakdown including: divorce and the breakdown of civil partnerships; issues arising on separation; matrimonial finance; cohabitation; complex or substantial asset cases; matters with an international element; bespoke agreements to preserve wealth both pre and post marriage; orders relating to children - including wardship, contact, residence, prohibited steps, specific issue applications, adoption, international leave to remove and child relocation; whether there are grounds to challenge a Will or an Estate where no Will has been made; contested probate and Inheritance Act claims. I am committed to dealing with the consequences of relationship breakdown in a constructive and sensitive way. My experience of dealing with family legal matters enables me to guide and advise on the best way to progress a matter with the emphasis on cost effective resolution at an early stage where achievable.
