I am a great enthusiast. I love nothing better than to get my teeth ( & marketing brains!) stuck into a challenge to lead teams & brands to results. I’m enthusiastic about developing great strategy and making sure it doesn’t just live on a piece of paper (or powerpoint slide!) but becomes a tangible reality, engaging teams in the excitement and stretch of the journey. I love to combine creativity with business sense so great ideas become possible. From breakthrough consumer centric innovation, powerful marketing campaigns to business transformations; challenging legacy methodologies of getting things done along the way. And I am very enthusiastic about the power of winning teams. I love inspiring and motivating direct and matrixed teams, having done so from scratch on multiple occasions in challenging environments. Not one to sit on my laurels, I have harnessed this enthusiasm with multiple leadership roles across Europe, Asia Pacific and North America, implementing plans in 140+ countries and enjoying a good dose of adventure and travel along the way. I returned home to the UK following another big adventure, the birth of my daughter & have embarked on the next chapter of my career as Head of Marketing & Innovation for Muntons Malt. An amazing company I am proud to have joined. Malt is the versatile ingredient that not only tastes amazing but also brings an incredible range of colour, flavour and texture benefits to almost every food category possible making the role challenging & exciting. We are likely present in at least half of the products in your kitchen cupboards as we work with the whose who in top brands from bread to confectionary, breakfast cereals to biscuits and of course in your beer!
