About Kate Donovan

I am a passionate middle and secondary teacher, with experience across a number of learning areas, including Dance, Mathematics, English, Humanities, Legal Studies and Religious Education. The learning activities I provide are engaging and rigorous to foster a love of learning, with innovative use of technology to support all students. I am eager to support students to become compassionate, hard-working people who are life-long learners. I have experience as a dancer and dance teacher, with involvement in private dance companies for 20+ years. I am also heavily involved in the aerobic gymnastics community, having coached, judged, competed and volunteered over the last 14 years. In 2025 I gained international accreditations in both coaching and judging, and also competed at my 13th National Championships.
