Kate Egan is a strategic brand builder and storyteller with over a decade of experience driving impactful marketing initiatives. As Senior Brand Manager at Northwell Health, New York’s largest healthcare provider and private employer, she leads the organization’s brand advertising and entertainment efforts, bridging strategy and execution to create meaningful campaigns and engagement opportunities. Kate was integral in launching Northwell’s brand platform, Raise Health, which she continues to nurture through the creation of distinctive and integrated marketing campaigns. She also developed the strategic roadmap for Northwell’s entertainment initiatives and spearheaded the formation of Northwell Studios, Inc, a for-profit entity dedicated to humanizing healthcare with authentic stories and meaningful social dialogue. Through partnerships with major production companies and streaming platforms, she played a integral role in bringing Netflix’s Emergency NYC and HBO’s One South: Portrait of a Psych Unit to life. Prior to joining Northwell, Kate worked at leading creative advertising agencies, contributing to the success of brands such as Johnson & Johnson and the Columbia School of General Studies.
