With over 17 years of experience in talent acquisition and physician recruitment, I am a passionate and driven professional who strives to find the best fit for both candidates and organizations. I have a strong background in kinesiology and exercise science, which enables me to understand the needs and challenges of health care professionals. I am currently a Physician + APP Recruiter at MultiCare Health System, a leading not-for-profit health care organization in the Pacific Northwest, and Washington State's largest healthcare system. In my role, I partner with various stakeholders to source, screen, and hire physicians and advanced practice providers for a wide range of specialties and locations. I also manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including contract negotiation, immigration, relocation, and onboarding. I leverage my skills in recruiting, staffing services, employer branding, and project management to ensure a positive and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
