About Kate Fleming

With eight years’ experience working as an administrator in various industry sectors and internal departments, I have developed a diverse array of skills and innovative ways in which I use them. My skills and knowledge traverse human resources, data reporting, marketing, operations, finance, management / leadership, and coaching. I am passionate about organisational development, healthy office settings and wellbeing in the workplace, especially in challenging environments. Outside of work, you might find me dancing in the kitchen whilst making up a recipe from leftovers, trying to keep my plants alive, haphazardly altering my own clothes, tiring myself out in the great (though sometimes rainy) outdoors, and boring people senseless with facts about Formula One. I love learning, and I love teaching what I have learned. I especially love learning about people and the psychology that drives human beings to make the decisions that they do. I enjoy great coffee and know how to make an especially good cup, too. And above everything, I love to make people smile.
