I have lifelong passion for helping others. As a Registered Nurse, I have been able to combine this passion with a desire to make a difference. Currently employed as a Director of Nursing, I have a strong focus on patient and staff satisfaction alike and work with the team to ensure operational effectiveness is achieved at a high-quality standard. I obtained my Bachelor of Nursing degree in and went on complete a Master of Nursing in Critical Care Nursing Science whilst working primarily in the Emergency setting. Awarded by the College of Emergency Nursing, I was the recipient of the Australasian Emergency Nurse of the Year in 2011. I actively seek out opportunities for my own professional development and am currently undertaking a Nurse Executive Leadership program. When not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family and playing netball.
