About Kate Gallagher

What working with me means: Delivering meaningful outcomes for individuals and their communities Developing collaborative strategies to empower underserved populations Driving organizational strategy, culture, and sustainability planning Building thoughtful customer relationships and growth initiatives Committed to community impact beyond certified Benefit Corporation status—driven by a belief in our collective responsibility to fix broken systems and ensure everyone has a fair chance to thriveGet to know me outside of work: While I was born and currently reside in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, I spent many years living in Washington, DC and Denver, Colorado before settling back into my hometown. My daughter and son are the lights of my life - watching them do what they love and evolve into the amazing humans they are fills my soul. Also, parenting teenagers is not for the faint of heart! I make it a point to take time to connect with nature daily – biking, hiking, walking - but my favorite is fly fishing as it allows me to pause and reflect in an otherwise demanding world Traveling ensures I trek off the beaten path towards interesting people and exciting experiences. I’ve walked, hiked, biked, trained, fished, and eaten my way through countless countries and towns around the world and have more to go. I am a foodie through and through – I will try anything twice and love to cook and experiment with new recipes and cuisines for my family and friends who tolerate my desire to watch them eat my creations and debrief their experience. Connect with me:I thoroughly enjoy connecting with like-minded individuals with a passion for creating thriving communities. kate@coLABLancaster.com
