About Kate Galloway

Hi, I'm Kate — an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition professional based in Atlanta, GA. I’m passionate about connecting quality candidates with great companies and currently serve as the sole North American TA partner at a global agency. In this role, I lead all U.S. hiring efforts and support recruitment strategies across the U.K, Germany, APAC, and Brazil markets. I regularly partner with HR, C-suite, and executive leadership to align hiring strategies with broader business goals, ensuring talent solutions are proactive, data-informed, and scalable. I bring 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across PR/Comms, Marketing, Accounting & Finance, Staffing, Architecture, Engineering & Construction, and professional services industries, with a strong foundation in inclusive hiring, global benchmarking, and executive search. I’ve led initiatives ranging from the global implementation of new ATS systems to launching and evolving an early-career Apprenticeship Program. My approach blends data-driven decision-making with high-touch candidate experiences, and I thrive in environments where talent strategy aligns closely with business growth. Outside of work, you can find me playing sand volleyball at Piedmont Park, reading a good book, or playing fetch with my dog, Biscuit!
