Background

About Kate Gilbert

I help organizations analyze and improve their online presence through efficient and effective website and digital strategy project management. I have a strong background in front-end web development and a certification in project management from PMI.org, and am adept at leading full-scale, end-to-end website development and redesign projects. I am skilled in managing requirements, timelines, project communications and budgets, and experienced in bridging the gap between IT departments, marketing leaders and vendors. I thrive in environments where mission and impact meet—where inclusivity, innovation, and joy are not just ideals but daily practices. With a strong track record in higher education, healthcare and non-profit sectors, I’m energized by the opportunity to collaborate closely with executives and staff alike, balance long-term goals with day-to-day realities, and serve as both a leader and a doer.
