I lead Marketing Automation and Operations for TD SYNNEX’s European Digital business, managing a growing team of automation specialists and partnering with Directors, Senior Directors and cross-functional teams across EMEA.My focus sits at the intersection of strategy, technology and operational excellence - building scalable marketing systems that enable multi-country campaign delivery with speed, governance and measurable commercial impact.Over the past few years, I’ve led and contributed to initiatives including: • Led a European automation team and played a key role in scaling multi-country, multi-language campaign delivery• Helped shape and operationalise campaign governance (templates, standards, tokenisation) across Marketo workspaces• Developed hands-on capability in Velocity scripting, using conditional logic and custom objects to improve relevance at scale• Collaborated on localisation/translation processes to support consistent execution across European markets• Championed and tested API-led and AI-enabled accelerators that reduce build time while maintaining governanceI am equally comfortable building strong relationships online and in person - collaborating with all seniorities across Senior Management teams, Data Practice, Studio, Campaign and Leadership teams to align strategy, systems and execution.Recognised as an Adobe Marketo Engage Champion (2023–2024)- one of only ~40 global product experts - I have collaborated directly with Adobe product teams, influenced Email Editor 2.0 and landing page enhancements, and shared enterprise best practice across the global marketing operations community.I care deeply about building high-performing teams rooted in clarity, accountability and kindness.
