About Kate Grimme

With a diverse background, I am an experienced third sector executive with experience across a diverse range of roles. I have a track record in large public venues, education and both arts and welfare NFPs. I have significant experience in contract and stakeholder management, sponsorship and rights management focusing on improving the experience or outcomes for customers and patrons. I have a particular interest in the opportunities for greater financial return which can be gained by focused targets in customer or patron engagement. I am currently undertaking a Master of Social Impact at Swinburne University and have a strong interest in new and innovative forms of philanthropy, including impact investing. I am also interested in understanding how non-profits and their funding partners are able to drive improved impact including greater social returns.
