Experienced Asset & Retail Property Professional | 14+ Years in Asset & Lease Management | Regional & Retail Expertise I’m passionate about asset management and bring over 14 years of diverse experience across lease administration, facilities, and centre management—from regional airports to large-scale retail centres. My career highlights include nearly a decade with Queensland Airports Limited, overseeing lease administration across key regional airports (Townsville, Mt Isa, Longreach). I then transitioned into property and facilities management with Colliers, followed by a rewarding role as Centre Manager for a portfolio of six convenience-based shopping centres with Knight Frank Townsville, managing assets on behalf of SCA (Region Group). Most recently, I’ve served as Assistant Centre Manager/Retail Manager for a landmark sqm,$300M regional shopping centre—initially under Stockland, and now part of the Haben Property Fund. I have led process improvements that enhance customer experience and implemented a tenant inspection system to ensure lease and legislative compliance. I thrive in dynamic, multi-stakeholder environments, with a proven track record in operations, stakeholder engagement, and value-driven asset performance. I am working towards becoming a Centre Manager so I can lead with purpose, drive results, and help shape thriving, community-focused retail spaces.
