With over a decade of experience leading marketing teams across real estate, multifamily housing, and homebuilding, she brings a unique, insider’s perspective to recruiting. Before transitioning into talent acquisition, Kate hired, trained, and mentored more than 15 marketing professionals—building high-performing teams across digital strategy, content creation, events, and operations. She led marketing efforts for over 70 communities, managed multimarket campaigns, and saved her last company over by building scalable in-house capabilities.
