With over a decade in IT outsourcing and software development, I’ve learned how to bridge business needs with both the right technology and the right people. Since joining Altabel Group in 2013, I’ve grown from a newcomer into a confident B2B Business Development professional and Project Coordinator, supporting the company’s growth from a small team to a successful organization of 100+ skilled professionals. I’ve built long-term partnerships with clients across the Nordics, Western Europe, the UK, the US and the UAE, working with both startups and established enterprises. My approach is simple: transparency, creativity and strategic engagement to make sure collaboration benefits both sides. & I help coordinate a wide range of projects -from web and mobile development to AI, machine learning and game development. My focus is on keeping projects organized and moving forward, making sure timelines are realistic, tasks are clear and teams stay aligned to deliver results. & I act as a key point of contact between clients and our technical teams. I make sure expectations are clear, feedback flows both ways and everyone stays on the same page from the first idea through to project kickoff.
