I have just began my new role as Patient Coordinator in Seapoint Clinic. I am really enjoying getting to know the team and settling in to the job. It is a fast paced environment which I have always excelled in, and I look forward to getting to know the regular patients in time. I worked at Boots for almost three years and was such an incredible experience! My responsibilities ranged from organising deliveries on a 4am shift, to making sure my designated section of the store was fully stocked, and with correct stock figures. I was always more than happy to help any customer needing assistance as that’s what I believe keeps customers coming back. I also worked in Starbucks for seven (almost 8) years, and loved every minute of it. I began as a Barista and advanced to the position of Supervisor in December 2015. I learned a lot from my experience in the company and the experience taught me so many things that I have found helpful in ways I never even thought of. I learned in Starbucks that team work is crucial, multi- tasking is essential, and effective communication among co-workers is key. Excellent customer service is what keeps the business running - in all stores not just mine. It makes a difference when partners remember the regulars and their orders, which keeps the customers coming back. I have seen customers' joy in the partner knowing their order before having to ask for it. It's this kind of excellent customer service which I believe keeps the business running.
