I have robust clinical operations experience across all phases of trial delivery (phase 1-4) and multiple therapeutic areas. I have strong expertise in inspection preparation and execution including engaging in several routine GCP, registrational, or other health authority inspections for US, MHRA and EMA. Additionally, within recent years, I have taken on a leadership role that allows me to drive organizational and cross functional initiatives to build out key centralized capabilities to optimize clinical trial delivery. I am a strategic leader with a comprehensive understanding of pharmaceutical development and approval lifecycles. I have demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic plans that optimize trial operational efficiency, reduce cycle times and cost, and maximize quality in a risk appropriate way to ensure regulatory compliance.
