Notable outcomes include-Leading ATB Financial's growth-stage business accelerator across Alberta, achieving a 98% net promoter score and expanding representation to 50% female-led and 25% BIPOC-led businesses-Launching the first social enterprise at Big Brothers Big Sisters, securing major clients and funding within its first year and achieving a 91% net promoter score for our mentorship program-Co-founding the Secret 3K, an event now held in 27 countries to promote gender equality, raising $130K for women’s access to sports and education-Producing award-winning documentaries that amplify unheard voices and catalyze change, such as “The Secret Marathon,” a film inspiring safe running spaces for women globally.*Views expressed on LinkedIN are my own and do not represent any other organization.
