I specialise in international tax for private businesses. I advise a wide array of clients from developing / fast growth owner managed businesses, to the often highly complex, multi-territory tax affairs of high net worth families and their corporate interests, to overseas private investors (including sovereign wealth) investing into the UK. I have a wealth of experience helping businesses navigate the tax challenges of operating overseas as well as providing tax advice on a wide range of international, structuring and M&A aspects. As the global tax landscape gets increasingly more complicated, I bring international insight and a holistic, mixed tax approach that considers both personal and corporate angles.
