You know it was for the joy you felt doing a job that is your passion but is all the other stuff that comes with that which is defiantly not you’re JOY! I can help you with this! I have been working in offices for different companies just under 30 years and in each of those offices I have went in and made them more efficient and effective. I love doing this, this is my JOY! All you need to do is tell me you pain points and I will work with you to resolve these. That could be in a form of better processes, software or do you need to add to your team or outsource this work. There will be changes, but if you make them it will resolve any overwhelm you are feeling letting you concentrate on the JOY part of the job! I have worked in many different sectors over the years, Charity, Hospitality, Recruitment, Utilities, Care Homes, Engineering and Housing.
