I am an experienced Learning and Development Specialist with extensive experience and a proven record of accomplishment in Learning, Talent Management and Leadership Development.​ My current role is with Lobster Ink and involves developing creative learning solutions for organisations to address their learning needs (accelerate onboarding, develop talent and engage the frontline) and achieve strategic business objectives (drive performance). A global team of 130+ Lobsters design award-winning digital products and produce recognised training content that provides 1 million+ people across 200 countries with the practical skills and knowledge needed to be great at what they do. Lobster Ink is part of Ecolab, the global leader in water, hygiene and energy technologies and services. I have many years of experience in the hospitality industry working with several leading hotel companies in various areas of hotel development and openings, productivity, learning, talent and leadership development. I also lectured at three different tertiary education institutions in South Africa. My passion is learning and developing people to their full potential. There is nothing more rewarding. ​
