I have developed hundreds of online promotions for some of the most prominent retail brands in the world, including The Coca-Cola Company, PepsiCo, Mondelez, Mars Chocolate, Monster Energy, The Hershey Company, Conagra Foods, General Mills, Kuerig Dr Pepper, Snyder's-Lance, and more. In the early days of social media retail promotions I developed a process called the Social Path to Purchase—which guides consumers toward retail purchases based on their geography, demography, and predisposition for product preference. Using the Social Path to Purchase, I set the strategy for the launch campaign of Monster Energy's most successful flavor debut, second to the original flavor. My Social Forces journey wildly exceeded my expectations-in a few short years, taking me from mid-level, midsize market art director to negotiating millions of dollars worth of creative contracts for some of the world's biggest brands. Along my journey, I had the opportunity to go back to school for traditional education in operational management and entrepreneurship. These two executive MBA's were some of the most valuable investments I made in myself other than founding Social Forces. After the 10th year of running the agency, I found myself in an incredibly fortunate position to exit Social Forces. Semi-retirement from agency life has allowed me to take the insights I’ve learned from a decade of promoting enterprise brands and use them to help grow emerging brands.
