About Kate Panico
I have worked in the field of behavior and education for the last 15 years. I started off as an exceptional education teacher and then began my career as a behavior specialist in public school while attending grad school. I switched to private in the middle of grad school as an RBT to learn and grow in a different setting of in home ABA. As a BCBA now I work in home, community, and schools with many diverse families and clients with various needs. I enjoy growing in this field by challenging myself with new projects and attending conferences on topics I want to know more about. I have been providing supervision for those supervisees who are working towards their credentialing for the last 5 years. This field is amazing and I love being a part of it.
