Currently scaling CrewBloom, a pioneering remote staffing company that connects vetted top global talent with businesses looking to scale. 8 years ago, I started my career in remote work, quickly progressing from a Business English Trainer to leading remote teams across multiple countries. During this journey, I've mastered the art of virtual recruitment and remote workforce building. Over the years, I noticed that growing companies need help finding high-quality remote talent that combines technical expertise with cultural fit. Many focus solely on technical abilities, missing the crucial elements of motivation and communication skills. In 2016, I co-founded CrewBloom to bridge this gap.
