Kate is an experienced Project Director, Project Advisor, Senior Project Manager, Property Developer and Personal Development Coach. With over 15 years of experience in Project Management she is accomplished in managing portfolios and teams of Project Managers, as well as management of end-to-end multidisciplinary major projects. As Project Management Lead for Strategic Projects, she assures and advises on major strategic Projects, as well as having oversight on the company's global Project Management System and processes. Kate has strong interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills, combined with highly developed organisational skills and impeccable attention to detail. She is driven, efficient, capable and adaptable with experience across several sectors including construction, manufacturing, mining & resources and developments. Kate holds a Bachelor (double major with honors) in Civil/Structural Engineering, a diploma in Project Management, her QBCC Project Management license and a number of other relevant certificates.Kate has a keen interest in property development, having completed and managed numerous renovation projects, multiple subdivisions and new builds, and now enjoys helping others in the property business. She strongly believes in personal development for herself and others to grow both professionally and personally and strives to coach others to reach their potential.
