Key Achievements: Co-led the development of a $100M business case to expand RMHC WA House at QEII from 47 to 122 rooms. Delivering the business case to a high standard, on time, enabling successful submission to the WA State Government to secure government funding. Established and led the Tattarang Decentralisation enterprise-level PMO from the ground up, supporting transformation across a $1B portfolio, directing the successful separation and reimplementation of 45+ IT systems (ERP, Payroll, HRIS, Web, MSP, NAV, infrastructure) impacting over staff, across 7 portfolio companies, whilst navigating complex company integrations, acquisitions, and CEO transitions, delivering the decentralisation program on time and within scope. Established and led the Minderoo Tech Enablers PMO to drive the delivery of Minderoo’s 2030 Strategy Roadmap. Delivered large-scale public events for the Perth Upmarket, attracting attendees. Managed end-to-end operations including staffing, licensing, marketing, vendor coordination, invoicing, and accounts. Led on-the-day event execution, proactively resolving issues with stallholders and patrons to ensure smooth, seamless delivery of the event.
