This involves interpreting legislation and regulations to ensure correct advice is given. Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of the payroll in accordance with ADP deadlines. Managing and implementing the annual salary increase. Liaising with external agencies as necessary e.g. HMRC, Scottish Widows, ADP. Design and work across HR projects Monitoring and developing performance appraisal systems
