I’m a values-driven practice leader with over sixteen years’ experience in the not-for-profit and community services sector, specialising in therapeutic care, workforce capability, and organisational practice development. My work centres on strengthening trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and relationship-based practice across multidisciplinary teams.I currently lead the design and implementation of evidence-informed frameworks within Challenge Community Services including CARE: Creating Conditions for Change and Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) that build consistent, high-quality practice and create environments where children, young people, carers and staff feel safe, understood and supported. I’m experienced in developing learning pathways, reflective supervision systems, and capability-building programs that lift organisational confidence and performance.Collaboration, curiosity and cultural humility underpin the way I work. I’m committed to building psychologically safe teams, strengthening cross-team partnerships, and creating the conditions for people to learn, grow and provide care that honours each person’s story and potential.I’m passionate about practice transformation, continuous improvement, and helping organisations align their systems, culture, and leadership with what truly makes a difference: relationships, safety and meaningful connection.
