About Kate Rellis
My current role is Programme Director for the Business Department at both Griffith College Cork and Limerick. I oversee programmes in Business and Accounting and Finance along with lecturing in Tourism, Hospitality, and Business at both undergraduate and postgraduate level. Previous modules taught include: Business Management, Marketing, Sustainability, Food and Beverage Management, and HR. I also mentor students on the Bar Management Apprenticeship programme and guide students through their research projects as a Dissertation Supervisor. I am also involved in programme development at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels making sure our programmes are up-to-date and they prepare students well for jobs in tourism, hospitality, and business. My job is to help students learn and grow, making sure they're ready to lead in these industries.
