A highly motivated and focused scientific administrator and writer with 18 years’ experience in science with an emphasis on oncology and targeted therapies. 10 years’ experience of scientific writing and administration within the Targeted Therapies research group at The University of Surrey. 8 years as postdoctoral scientist and PhD student developing scientific techniques and project management skills. I have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and am able to meet strict deadlines. I have written for a range of audiences from cancer patients, newspaper articles to peer reviewed publications. Experienced in writing and submitting grant applications to a wide range of funding bodies. Liaising and working with local charities.
