And if done correctly, the effectiveness of that workforce will be boundless. My passion is to help develop compelling communications to do just that. I’m a communications leader and influencer with complementary degrees in communications and psychology and more than 20 years’ experience under my belt. I find creative ways to engage and motivate audiences via dynamic online, print, and face-to-face communications. I also thrive in rapidly shifting environments and never balk at short deadlines or tight budgets. The senior leaders I partner with trust and value my forthright guidance and know that they can count on my team to deliver in the clutch. When it comes to strategic planning, I have the long-term vision to get people where they need to go, whether it’s developing a crisis communications plan or re-envisioning the company mission and values. From my early days in the film and television industry, my experience includes all facets of communications, from executive communications to employee engagement to public relations. An added layer is my responsiveness to cultural differences, honed by years of providing diversity and inclusion advocacy and counsel.
