About Kate Robbins

When I found an old childhood binder recently, it wasn’t schoolwork—it was a “website” I built at age 10, complete with a hand-drawn logo and an overly ambitious “contact us” page. Not long after, I was designing brochures and creating PowerPoint “websites” with hyperlinks that felt like cutting-edge tech to my elementary school self. Clearly, my love for branding started early (and I may have taken creative play *very* seriously). Since then, I’ve turned that early passion into a career rooted in curiosity, storytelling, and strategic thinking. I hold an Honours BBA from Wilfrid Laurier University with a marketing specialization and a psychology minor. Over the past several years, I’ve built a career at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and purpose, working across marketing, analytics, communications, and process improvement roles at both Medtronic and GSK. Now stepping into the agency world as a Senior Account Manager at bMod Communications, I’m continuing my mission to put patients first, helping clients craft thoughtful, strategic marketing that drives real change. I love connecting the dots between insight, messaging, and impact to help healthcare brands show up with purpose. If my story resonates (or if you too made childhood websites on paper!), let’s connect and chat collaboration.
