Kate believes that by investing in women, we will change the world. A global social entrepreneur, multiple business owner, women’s advocate, philanthropist, fundraiser, artist, author and public speaker. She has had a 30 year career of championing women's leadership, public health, a focus on women's sexual reproductive health, health and wellness and exponential philanthropy. Together with PSI, Melinda Gates and HRH The Crown Princess of Norway, Roberts founded Maverick Collective, a $100M ground breaking philanthropic initiative led by women for women, innovating and scaling women focused public health solutions across 60 developing countries. Roberts latest venture is The Body Agency, a female body and wellness company that works to make it easy for women to get the health products and services they need to thrive. Looking at the gaps in healthcare for women, Roberts scours the world for these products and talent. The company gives back through its Foundation TBA Collective and invests in women champions working in impoverish regions of the world to improve the state of the world. Roberts believe in developing sustainable programs closely with the private sector and filling critical gaps often fueled by stigma.In her capacity as a Young Global Leader (YGL) Kate is leading the World Economic Forum's impact project #AfterTheFlush. An initiative to address the sanitation crisis in India. Roberts also brought The Girl Effect to The World Economic Forum and is a Founding Curator of The Young Global Shapers.Roberts' other venture The Ikigai company advises individuals and companies on how to put a life of purpose at the centre of their ethos. Ikigai is the Japanese based scientific solution for a long, happy, healthy and purpose filled life. Roberts is using her 25 years of business and social impact experience to teach the art of fundraising and mission driven social impact to individuals and organizations.Roberts hosts the seasonal podcast "Sex, Body and Soul", no topic is off limits and attracts an array of guests, all experts in their field, from the medical community, authors and celebrities.Roberts is also an accomplished artist interior designer and trained chef. She has a residential real estate group and catering business Katmondo Lifestyle. Katmondo means "Kate's world" in Italian and has grown out of being inspired by her travels to over 120 countries. She now owns an Olive Grove in Italy with great plans to practice her own Ikigai there and create a hub for her network of change makers.
