About Kate Robertson

I’m a Client Executive with DXC Technology in Canberra working to Federal Government. My focus is to ensure policy and technology move in step so that the partners working with government deliver services that genuinely work for government and people. I draw on a career spent in and around the public sector, across the Prime Minister’s Office, executive APS roles, consulting, and grassroots organisation. It’s this experience that enables me to translate policy intent into clear, implementable choices that respect public value, risk, and accountability.I’ve had the privilege of serving alongside government my entire career, in Australia and the US. I firmly believe in the purpose of government and the focus on citizen needs and the integrity of policy to deliver. My experience spans policy development, service delivery, campaign coordination, media and crisis management, organisational culture reform, and communications. Across international, national, and local settings.I place a strong emphasis on building genuine relationships grounded in trust, respect, and follow-through. I engage with authenticity and empathy, create connections that go beyond transactions. For me, relationships are about delivering on commitments and working side by side to achieve outcomes that matter for government and the communities it serves.Mentoring women and creating space for others to succeed is a personal focus area. Helping people find their voice, build confidence, and grow into the leaders they want to be gives me great joy and I like investing in others they way I was fortunate to have others invest in me.
