Each of us define success differently, personally and professionally. Some know where they want to get to but aren’t sure how to get there. Others really don’t know. The conscious, subconscious and unconscious are involved, and the journey is always so individual. Yet we live and work in a community. I work with people in many different settings to help them define their needs and goals to find options and solutions. I am a restless soul. Always looking for new ideas and activities. In this way, I am constantly developing my own career both professionally and personally.
